Born in the backstreets of Newtown in 2015, Urban Bites Co. grew out of a single sizzling grill and a mission: celebrate the multicultural flavours of Sydney with uncompromising freshness. Founder-chef Maya Patel blends fine-dining technique with the raw energy of night markets, delivering memorable food experiences that feel both familiar and thrillingly new.
